Na je training of wedstrijd is het van fundamenteel belang om zo snel mogelijk het herstel van je lichaam in gang te zetten. De 226ERS Recovery Drink is op basis van eiwitten, koolhydraten, creatine, planten, middellange keten triglyceriden en L-Arginine.
