The 226ERS High Energy Gel, developed in collaboration with the Movistar Cycling Team, provides 50 grams of carbohydrates per serving.

This energy gel uses cyclodextrin as the main carbohydrate source, an advanced carbohydrate that provides more efficient and faster replenishment of glycogen.

Suggested use:

During your race or workout, take a High Energy Sports Gel every 20-45 minutes. Our advice is to take it with 200 - 300 ml of water and or sports drink.
