Running socks

Nice lightweight and comfortable running socks. Running in normal socks can cause blisters and even injuries, which is the last thing you want when you are just getting into your running routine! So it is really important to wear good running socks while running. Good running socks ensure that perspiration is wicked away to the outside, keeping your feet dry and reducing the risk of blisters. In contrast, in the summer it is often nice to wear short and thin running socks, so that your feet can get rid of their heat properly and you do not come home overheated.

Many running socks feature a L or an R, indicating which is the left sock and which is the right sock. These special left and right socks are anatomically shaped and therefore can provide extra support for the respective foot.
