For an optimal effect, take amacx creatine before or immediately after an explosive effort, preferably during or just after a hot meal.

Recommended use: Mix 1 settled measuring scoop of 5 grams (1 scoop = 5 grams) with 250 ml of water or, for example, fruit juice. Preferably during or just after the hot meal.

Take 1-2 doses per day

To quickly benefit from creatine you need to start with a loading phase, in which you take the +- 20 grams of creatine per day for 6 days (4x 5 grams/1 scoop).

Afterwards you can maintain this by taking 5 grams daily for a long time (10-12 weeks). If you have more time, take 5 grams per day (= 1 scoop)
