Running socks

Nice light and well -fitting running socks. Running on normal socks can cause blisters and even injuries, that is of course the last thing you are waiting for when you just have a nice running routine! It is therefore important to wear good running socks while running. Good running socks ensure that perspiration is drained out, so that your feet stay dry and the risk of blisters is considerably reduced. On the other hand, in the summer it is often nice to wear short and thin running socks, so that your feet can get rid of their warmth and you don't get overheated.

Many running socks are equipped with one L Or an R, this indicates what the left sock and what the judge's sock is. These special left and judges are anatomically formed and can therefore support the foot in question. There are also sometimes extra thickening on the sock, so that the sock offers extra damping.
