The advanced coatings that we use are applied in an ultraschaon production process that guarantees quality and consistency. Each coating is applied, cured and tested for specially built performance and transfer. Each lens is coated, tailor -made for the "so worn out" position and cut into specific geometry. These are not bought loose objects and cut into bulk to fit into any style that the market would like.
Critical performance coatings include hydrolophobic coatings on the front and back to prevent moisture of any kind from sticking to the lens; front and back anti-scratch protection; a multi-layer anti-reflecting rear coating; an anti-fog Ri-Pel coating on the back of the lens; And a multi -layered mirror coating or polarization film.
We do not cut an eye for coatings that are essential for performance and quality to save dollars.
