Automatic calibration
Automatic calibration has been added to the latest KICKR. It automatically does a spindown so you never have to think about whether your KICKR is properly calibrated for a race. When you spindle the flywheel during your workout or race, the KICKR recognizes this and automatically starts the calibration process. This keeps the KICKR's power measurement always as accurate as possible and around 1%.

Lateral movement
To achieve the most realistic indoor smart trainer this time, Wahoo Fitness has looked at the lateral movement a rider makes. During a sprint or climb, a rider can move up to 5º to the left and right and to get this feeling indoors as well, they have added AXIS feet. These are three different types of feet that mount under the left and right leg that allow more or less lateral movement.

Future Proof
The new Wahoo KICKR has received an additional port to connect yet to be launched accessories that provide improved network connectivity.
