The Hammerhead heart rate monitor uses a conductive rubber material that is highly sensitive and capable of detecting the heartbeat under all conditions. The material has excellent resistance to aging, temperature and oxidation. The construction is flexible and allows for consistent heart rate detection and durability. The electrodes have a patented honeycomb pattern that increases skin contact area and improves moisture removal. It also improves the contact of the electrodes with the skin so that the band does not move up and down on the chest during intense exercise.
Dual Bluetooth channels and ANT+ allow you to pair with two Bluetooth devices and any number of ANT+ receivers. Pair your Karoo via ANT+ for exceptional battery life on the go or use it with your smartwatch for running and other bluetooth indoor trainer setups.

Absorbent and elastic materials ensure that the band stays in place on your chest when sweat starts flowing. When you're done cycling, simply remove the sensor housing to wash the band and you're ready for your next ride.
