Availability

Our entire stock is online. That means that we have no products in a hidden corner. Every day we walk through the stock to keep this up-to-date and yet it can happen that we miss out. We will always contact us and offer an alternative (or possibly afterwards as soon as it is inside).

The stock is not huge and we do that consciously. How so? By having a smaller stock, we ensure that our stock is always equipped with the most recent and a long shelf life date. This way we ensure a rapid change of our products.

Are you planning to place a large order, such as for your entire team that goes on a training internship or participates in a nice multi -day tour such as Giro di Kika, the Pyrene Challenge or the Tour for Life? Let us know. We are happy to offer you a special deal.

By having our own stock, we can therefore quickly respond to your wishes. Ordered today (on working days) is often delivered the next day.

Did you know that you can also see the minimum expiration date of the products. Is there nothing to it? Then the product can be kept for at least 2 months. A THT date does not say much in sports nutrition, because the effect, taste and composition of the product only changes very slowly. Often you can use it for months (and sometimes years) after the indicated THT date.

Prices

Our prices are very competitive and often something cheaper than with the competitors. The basic price that we use is the Sales Advice Prize as advised by the supplier.

In addition to the already competitive prices, you can gain even more advantage by looking at our scale discounts or special packages. With this you often save between 3% and 5% on the product. The scale discounts can be found on the product page.

When do you need a race bag?

If you travel by train or plane, it is highly recommended to bring a bag where you can take everything with you. Especially the race bag as well.

You order your pannier this way:

  • Select the day you want to pick up your bag (pick up from 2 pm)
  • Select the day on which you want to return the bag (return before 12h)
  • Add the bag to your cart
  • Follow the steps to place your order
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email

Using the competition bag and the deposit

If you rent an as-new competition bag from ASW, we assume that you will handle it with care. When renting we charge a deposit of €50 per bag. If the bag is returned clean, undamaged and complete with all accessories, the deposit will be refunded immediately.

Please note: ASW cannot be held responsible for damage or loss when using the competition bag.

Returning the race bag

After you have used the bag and the rental period ends, we assume that you will return the bag to us without delay so that we can rent it to another athlete.

You return the bag in this manner:

  • Clean the bag after your trip
  • Is there any damage to the bag? Please let us know as soon as possible (before returning) by e-mail with photo
  • Return the bag to the store

Rental fee as credit toward the purchase of a Cadomotus Competition bag?

Did you like using the Cadomotus Competition bag? And would you like to buy your own? Then we are happy to help you purchase a new one. Within 3 months after renting a Cadomotus Competition bag you will receive the rental price (excl. shipping costs) as a discount on the price of your new bag. Please contact us before you buy a new one, so we can arrange the discount for you.
