Did you know that you can also see the minimum expiration date of the products. Is there nothing to it? Then the product can be kept for at least 2 months. A THT date does not say much in sports nutrition, because the effect, taste and composition of the product only changes very slowly. Often you can use it for months (and sometimes years) after the indicated THT date.

Ingredients: water (reverse osmosis), red beet concentrate (15:1 concentrated), red beet extract (beta vulgaris 15:1), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), preservative (sodium benzoate), potassium sorbate.

Warnings: Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the original container in a dark, dry place (8-25 °C), out of the reach of young children.

Recommended use: Take 1-2 shots 2.5-3 hours before training. Well-trained athletes also do well to take 1-2 nitrate shots per day for 3-7 days prior to the event to load nitrate. Shake before use.

Maximum of 2 shots per day.

Avoid using antibacterial mouthwash or chewing gum throughout the period of ingestion, also it is not recommended to brush your teeth immediately after ingestion this so as not to hinder the effect.
