Did you know that you can also see the minimum expiration date of the products. Is there nothing to it? Then the product can be kept for at least 2 months. A THT date does not say much in sports nutrition, because the effect, taste and composition of the product only changes very slowly. Often you can use it for months (and sometimes years) after the indicated THT date.

The Amacx Isotonic Energy Drink helps fuel supplies during a long training supplement. This drink contains both glucose and fructose (2: 1 ratio). This balance ensures that your body can absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. With products without this ratio, your body can absorb 70 grams per hour.

This sports drink has a unique electrolyte balance, which ensures that you also supplement electrolytes directly.
