The Amacx Energy Gel a 60ml is a customer-ready sports gel to which water has already been added. So this is an isotonic energy gel. This gel contains maltodextrin (glucose) and fructose as carbohydrate sources with a gradual release (2:1 carbohydrate ratio). This mix of carbohydrates allows the body to absorb a high amount of carbohydrates.

Because this gel is already ready to use makes this a fine gel to use during running and cycling.
