The Abus Airbreaker is a helmet for the demanding and performance-oriented cyclist and the cyclo tourist looking for super light helmet with optimal cooling for long bike rides.

Abus has developed Forced Air Cooling Technology. This is a ventilation system of 11 air inlets and 13 air outlets that are interconnected. This creates an optimal head climate even when it is very hot.

Due to the honeycomb structure of the innovative Multi Speed Design, the AirBreaker always provides the best possible aerodynamics while ensuring optimal ventilation. Because the Multi Speed Design doses ventilation as needed: Maximum ventilation during slow mountain stages and optimal aerodynamics during fast, flat stages.

Abus has thought of many details such as making the helmet straps as tight as possible along the head. Besides looking super neat this also benefits aerodynamics.

The Abus Airbreaker also features a durable in-mold connection between the outer helmet and the shock-absorbing inner material. This further reduces the force on the head during a crash.
