Did you know that you can also see the minimum expiration date of the products. Is there nothing to it? Then the product can be kept for at least 2 months. A THT date does not say much in sports nutrition, because the effect, taste and composition of the product only changes very slowly. Often you can use it for months (and sometimes years) after the indicated THT date.

The Björn Borg Running Tights are stylish running leggings for Women made of recycled polyester and elastane for extra stretch. This slim-fit model with long legs has a drawstring on the inside of the waistband so it always fits right. The pockets on the upper leg are ideal for your cell phone or valuables. This version also has another invisible zippered key pocket. Thanks to the vertical reflective stripes on the front and back of the leg, you will always be highly visible. A logo print on the back of the leg rounds off this item characteristically.

Many of the materials usedBjorn Borg used in their products are recycled, such as recycled polyester and recycled polyamide. Recycled polyamide is made from plastic from industrial waste and from plastic from the oceans, such as fishing nets and plastic mats.

Recycled polyester is made primarily from plastic bottles and industrial waste. It uses less water and less energy in production. It also generates up to 30% less CO2 emissions compared to virgin polyester.

All recycled yarns come from GRS-certified suppliers (GRS - Global Recycle Standard). This is an independent, third-party certification of recycled content that focuses on traceability, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. The validity of the certification is checked with each new collection.

Bjorn Borg talks about more sustainable products every time. But what does this really mean? At Borg, they consider a product sustainable if it is made from at least 70% more sustainable materials (explained here) or if it supports the Better Cotton Initiative. Better Cotton is an initiative that helps cotton communities survive and grow while protecting and restoring the environment.

By this definition, their entire range of clothing is a more sustainable choice. Their goal is for 100% of the materials used for our clothing to be produced more sustainably.
