Did you know that you can also see the minimum expiration date of the products. Is there nothing to it? Then the product can be kept for at least 2 months. A THT date does not say much in sports nutrition, because the effect, taste and composition of the product only changes very slowly. Often you can use it for months (and sometimes years) after the indicated THT date.

226ers Race Day Bar Choco Bits Energy Bar (40gr)

The 226ers Race Day Bar is a bar specifically for training or racing. Because it is thinner, easy to digest and because of its smaller size, easy to take with you.

The main features of this bar are:

  • Smaller size and 40 g in weight.
  • The amount of figs has been increased and the amount of dates has been reduced, reducing insulin spikes.
  • One bar contains 124 kcal and between 21 and 25 g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavor.
  • The nuts have been taken out so that it is easier to eat and digest.
  • It has pumpkin seeds that give it a crunchy touch and provide healthy fats and protein.
  • With organic ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and raisins.
  • There is a vitamin complex with 10 vitamins added that provides 50% of the NRV.

Available in 3 different flavors:

  • Citric Lemon: with lemon powder, lemon zest and organic pure chocolate flakes.
  • Coffee Cocoa: with 100% Arabica-soluble coffee, natural coffee flavoring and organic pure chocolate flakes.
